the staff upgraded my room to one with a pool view i appreciated that. all staff seemed helpful to me the service felt very personal. the small beach was kept clean it was really pleasant. i also appreciated the variety of pools i could choose from

the level of noise from an event was quite noticeable. some guests even knocked on my room door by mistake. this did disrupt the peace a bit

the staff offered prompt service and addressed all my needs effectively. the hotel provided very easy access to the shores for a unique floating experience! the pools were clean and a good area to unwind after a day by the water.

The gym equipment showed some wear. I think a refurbishment would enhance the guest experience.
